Q. I bought a product at a show, that you do not sell on the website, i would like to buy more? 

A. Kantan Living have 100s of products, so not every one gets a spot light on our site. Also certain products may become exclusive at show appearances or they are so new that we just haven't updated it on our website yet. 

But if you see something you liked at our show appearances, just drop us a message/email we're more than happy to help with your purchase.

Q. Do you have a monthly subscription for your yummy box? 

A. No we don't. We feel that the customer should be able to buy as many yummy boxes as and when they feel, whether its for casual eating, or as a gift to someone, without having to wait every month.

Q. Why are your yummy boxes not random each month? 

A. We believe that while it is nice to receive a surprise each month, its better to offer our customers an experience they will enjoy. We don't want you to end up with a snack box only to find out 1 out of the many items was nice. We surveyed our customers at exhibitions, and a good majority like our selection rather then pure randomness. 

Q. How many yummy boxes do Kantan offer? 

A. To begin with, Kantan will always offer its Traditional Yummy Box (Till further notice). This Yummy box is our basic package for those who have not tried or are looking to try Japanese/Asian snacks. Kantan will also offer Premium Yummy Box (Till further notice). The premium box will include a bigger range of delicious Japanese/Asian snacks along with a Free Gift Item of your choice. 

Q. How much is delivery?

A. Purchases from £0 to £25 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00

Q. Free delivery?

A. Purchases of £25.01 or more in value are entitled to free standard delivery. 

Q. How long does delivery take? 

A. Deliveries take between 3 - 5 business working days. 

Q. Are my parcels trackable?

A. Kantan Living uses reliable courier services to ensure products are delivered as quick as possible. In most cases, Kantan Living will use MyHermes service because they provide tracking information which ensures parcels are never lost. For smaller items, we may use Royal Mail. 

Q. What if i want to cancel my order? 

A. Please email us ASAP. All purchases are dispatched by 4pm. So email us before then. If your package has not been sent out yet, we will be happy to cancel your order should you have a change in mind.

Q. What if i want to return my order? 

A. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your products , so that we are aware of your return. We will then email you with instructions on returns. (Buyer is responsible for return postage and packaging)

Q. How long has Kantan Living been trading?

A. Kantan Living was established in January 2016 and has been trading online, at markets and exhibition shows across UK and Europe.
